We came here on Mother's Day and although larger parties had to wait, we didn't since we designated either indoor or outdoor. It was warmer and so an outdoor table was available. The outdoor space was decorated nicely with vines and lights throughout. The seating was near Hesperian but with the music it wasn't too loud.

The waiter took awhile to take out order. And when he did he took the order of another table that came 10 minutes after us right away. So the timing can be wonky here.

The menu is large and comprehensive. My partner got the chimichanga, which was big. I got the plate with chicken wings, quesadilla, and flautas.

My partner liked the chimichanga, but said that it didn't heat up well the next day. He also linked the chicken wings on my plate and said they had a crunchy, buttery flavor. My quesadillas were basic and the flautas with chicken could have used more flavor in them.

I thought the guacamole was pretty sour and could have used more flavor. It didn't go well with the other dishes because it was so sour. I think overall my food was fine but it was missing something. I do look forward to coming back and trying other dishes. But for 2 dishes and a margarita, $60 was on the pricey side, so we won't necessarily be in a rush to come back.

Came here during a weekday for lunch. There were about 3 tables taken when I got there and then as it neared noon, there were about 10-12 people who walked in.

The staff are pretty friendly and the food amazing. It's about time we got a cafe like this on this side of town. I ordered Le croque, the crossantwich with chicken, and some pastries on the side. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The croque sandwich was amazing. Very big portions and we added eggs for $2.50 and the eggs were perfectly medium. The crossantwich had a little bit of chicken and a little too much pate for my tastes, but still good. The pastries were perfectly moist and not too sweet. The croissant was crunchy yet moist. Honestly the best pastries I've had in awhile and I can't wait to try their other pastries.

The searing here is spacious with almost 15 tables and there's also outdoor seating and bar seating. The place is beautiful inside and nice.

You order first at the register and then you get the food where you sit. They could be more consistent about asking whether you want your food for here or to go. My only complaint is that they gave my sandwich to someone else sitting next to me. That person ordered tuna and even said aloud that she didn't think they gave her tuna and that she got chicken but that it was still good. The guy then came out and wondered why I was still missing my sandwich and that was because he had given it to someone else. It was because he was giving out orders without confirming it was theirs. I waited 25 minutes because of this snafu. I think a simple number system will fix this problem and given that they just opened, hopefully the find something that works instead of confusing orders like they did.

Nonetheless, the food is great and well-priced. I highly recommend this place to others.

This is a nice place for coffee but I would not recommend the smoothies or bagels. My partner said the coffee was fresh and had a good flavor.

However, I did not like the smoothies, which I thought were too sweet and not fresh. The mixed berry smoothie and the pina colada tasted mainly like syrup. I was especially disappointed not to taste much coconut at all in the pina colada.

As for the sausage egg and cheese croissant, I thought it was pretty good, but when I asked for bacon, they said they only had that on the ciabatta -- different than what the menu stated.

When I asked if their bagels were fresh, the woman said yes. When I saw they were bagged bagels, I asked but they are bagged from a bakery? She said no they weren't from a bakery. She had also said the smoothies were fresh "from puree and syrup" which I also found misleading. No need to add the fresh stuff if that's not actually the case...

I do appreciate that there are indoor and outdoor tables and that there is plenty of seating.

We came here after Koja Kitchen closed early, and I ordered the California roll. The roll came out quickly and it was pretty basic, nothing special. But it was nice that the staff here is pretty efficient and that the rolls were pretty good. I do think the rolls were missing sesame seeds in top though, and could have used a little more avocado.

We came here on a weekend morning around 8 am and they were already open bright and early. The menu is one I'm not quite used to seeing, especially since I don't normally eat Venezuelan food. I asked the staff member what kind of pastelitos he had and he has to use google translate, but I established they were like empanadas. He asked if I wanted chicken or cheese, and luckily I knew those words and said one of each. Both had great flavors but the cheese ones were lovely. I ordered two more. The chicken one was also pretty good too, kind of like a curried chicken. They were ready upon order and fresh to taste -- crispy and flavorful. I noticed two others come buy items and they also received their orders pretty fast. There were no prices on the menu but the price I was charged was reasonable, around $3 per pastelito. He doesn't speak English, but I guess since there's Google translate we can still understand each other. There's also plenty of seating outdoors so it's a good place to have an outdoor lunch.
