Had an opportunity to treat the out of town in-laws for Mother's Day dinner tonite. Greeted and seated by delightful front of the house staff. Our server was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Big props! Primary reason for this almost immediate post, is that the food here is absolutely AMAZING! The fresh sourdough, the duck breast, & desserts were all Michelin star worthy. This is a beautiful dining room too. No doubt finding more opportunities to visit frequently.

The individual took down payment, picked up baby grand piano, & then disappeared. There was no formal way to follow up.

I made it to Rotunda again for a quick lunch. Strait to the bar and quickly served on a busy week day. Strong wine recommendation from the bartender was a hit. Everything I have come to expect for a visit just comes, effortless. Highest recommendation when visiting SF, near union square.

This place is really busy! Parking is free in the garage & staff is attentive & professional. Very, very busy kitchen can lead to timing issues, but worth the wait. Food is on point & generously proportioned. Dig the patio off the private dining space, & solid wine selections.
