Ordered up a bison carpaccio appetizer which was a great start for what was to come.
For my dinner I got the Mixed game grill which included Elk steak, Bison prime rib, and Venison bratwurst. Worth the price!
Wifey had the Salmon and that Yelpstars was also tasty. The folks in the kitchen have sharpened their knives and their skills! Five star tasty dinner.
Love the decor and the vibe that is captured here. I'd love to return. Great waitstaff, service, and food!

May 12, 20244 check-insAnniversary Yellowstone trip and started on the West side aka the best side.
Rolled into the Buffalo Bar recommended by my wife. Mrs G. was right! Great place, amazing animal mounts and even better food.
I ordered up the Cowboy burger with Bison.
So worth the upcharge and the fries were delicious. Bison is very underrated, if I could eat it daily I would.
Also the chili is some of the best in the Mountain West!
Scored a sweet short sleeve T shirt as they have swag on scene and I'll rep this place no doubt.
Perfect start to a Yellowstone Park adventure.

May 11, 20241 check-inAmazing service you can't find anymore. Had been wanting to get my boots shined up for the last couple weeks. Found Mula at Executive Shine.
The older gentleman that was getting his shoes shined as I walked up said Mula was the best! He was 100% correct. Mula is the master of shine and she even lightly used a torch on my leather boots. Most people don't know you can use flame on leather to make the leather shine after being properly treated.
When I come back to Denver International I'll be sure to look for Mula in the A Concourse at Executive Shine.

Rolled into this cookie trap house on a Friday night and wish I had brought my Death Row Records pendant necklace because the tunes were bumping.
Ordered up a quarter ounce AKA cookie four pack. The hype is real these cookies are the thickest cookiaround.
Real tasty cookies from the streets!

Freaking Five Star tasty Yelpstars. I had one scoop of Chocolate Fudge Brownie in a chocolate peanut butter cone! So delicious and I'm so freaking full off one scoop, yet I'm a 5 scoop sized boy!
Super clean scoop shop that's locally owned and operated by an awesome mother and daughter!
Chris G will be coming back for some super tasty scoop shop action!
