My in-laws had been to Eggstacy a few times, and they had nothing but amazing things to say about it. I looked up the menu online and there was so many great options. I didn't even know how I would decide. I actually had to make my decision before I got there. I brought my toddler who is three and we went, courageously, on a Saturday morning around 10 AM. I didn't know what to expect but I knew that there would be a wait. The parking lot was very busy so I knew right away it would be busy inside. There were people standing outside. Miraculously, because it was just my toddler and I, the hostess said, "do you guys mind sitting at the bar?" I was like, "do you mind if I sit at the bar with a toddler?" She said "no, it's all family friendly." I said "yes absolutely." She said, "go outside and grab those seats." There is indoor and outdoor table seating and there's also indoor and outdoor seating at the bar that is first come first serve. The hostess hooked us up. We got two seats to the middle of the bar and we had great service. We didn't have to wait long for anything. I think we only waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes for our food and it was well worth the wait. My son ordered a fresh squeezed, orange juice, and I ordered a decaf coffee. I noticed that the coffee was Lavazza. That's one of my favorite brands. However, since I ordered decaf, I'm imagining, it came out disgusting. It was cold and not flavorful at all so I barely drank it. My son's orange juice was good, I took a few sips. They served him a cute little cup. They also gave him a little water cup with a sliced strawberry that he was very happy about. He ate it right away. The ambience and environment is fun especially on Saturday morning. The service was great. Everyone was warm and friendly and we never had to wait much for anything. The place itself seemed new and very clean. My son ordered the yogurt parfait with Greek yogurt, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, the most delicious granola, topped with bee pollen. It was absolutely delicious and the portion was incredibly large. It also came with blueberry sweet bread on the side, which my son loved and I was able to dunk that into my gross coffee, haha. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious and also gigantic. The salsa and chipotle dip it comes with is so yum. At the seat next to us, the couple ordered the club and it looked amazing and also HUGE. We ended up taking half of both of our breakfast home for Dada. I was so surprised at how fair the price was. All of our food and drink was only $38 and then tip. That's a very reasonable price for a delicious breakfast that fed us pretty much all day. I can't wait to go back!

      Disney World, Lake Buena Vista

My family and I did a split stay while staying in Disney for about a week. Half the time we stayed at Copper Creek villas and the other half we stayed at Grand Floridian villas. We were excited we made this transition because each are completely different experiences. I loved the stay at both for very different reasons. Grand Floridian villas was absolutely beautiful. Some might use the word bougie. I love the architecture, the smell when you walk in is so beautiful. a grand piano sitting off your left with beautiful music surfacing throughout the main lobby area. We were tucked away a little bit over in the villas. Not too bad of a walk. There's a few different pools on site and each one of them offers a different vibe. They have one that has a whole area for the kids. They also have a little man-made beach built-in that overlooks the lake. There's all kinds of fun games, and stuff for the kids to do and play with as well as cabanas and a lot of relaxation spots. There's a bar that sells drinks and snacks at each of the pools. The lobby area has a few, fun gift shops. They have a Michelin star restaurant on site as well as another beautiful, seafood restaurant called Narcosses. We ordered done in for dinner one night and breakfast one morning and that was the MOVE! It wasn't even that expensive and the food was amazing. The villas are beautiful, they have a nice balcony area where you get to watch the electric boat parade, a beautiful living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is beautiful with a gigantic tub and the bathroom, the guest bedroom has two double beds, the lobby area within the villa is fun and has games, coloring, and a TV playing Disney shows shows for kids.
Overall, we stayed two nights and three days here and we definitely could've stayed longer. We really loved staying here and don't have a bad thing to say about it.

My family and I went to Hollywood Studios. It was all of our first times so we didn't really know what to expect. We did purchase Genie plus and we had a few ideas what we wanted to do. The main attraction for us, however, was the Cars exhibit/Lightning McQueen show. We started off in Toy Story land, walked around, there wasn't much for my toddler to ride on, so we moved quickly out of that area to go meet Olaf. That whole process wasn't very long, then when we were heading over to the Cars exhibit, my son was so excited. While we were waiting in line, somebody came out and said they were having technical difficulties and just to keep checking the Disney app to see when they would be back up and running. We were extremely disheartened because we had traveled over 3000 miles for this one as it is my son's favorite. We going to eat at the Hollywood Brown Derby while we passed the time and I psychotically refreshed the app. To our fortune, it was up and running within an hour so when we finished our salads at Hollywood Brown Derby, we headed to the car show which was great and my son loved. We did a lot of walking around and taking photos. My husband and I lived in Hollywood for over 15 years so it was really cool to reminisce a little bit and I love that old, Hollywood feel-which they do a great job of recreating. We never made it to the Star Wars exhibit so if ever back at this theme park, that's where we would start. Overall, be prepared for a full day because we were there all day and still didn't get to do everything we wanted. I would definitely recommend going, there is a lot to do. Everything is very fun. It was very busy and very hot day when we went so we tried to do as much as possible with our comfort zone.

I remember going to Typhoon Lagoon when I was a little kid. My sister has memories as well. When we heard Blizzard Beach was under construction, we knew we wanted to go to a waterpark while we were in Disney so our obvious choice was Typhoon Lagoon. My mother-in-law wanted to make sure we had shade so she reserved a cabana ahead of time. Boy was that the best decision ever. We had a beautiful, big cabana in the shade in a little cute beach area where you could drag your chair out into the sun if you wanted to. It was in a sandpit so my son put a towel down and built Sandcastles for like an hour. We had a really adorable server who is very attentive and brought us over all of our food and drinks. We also got plastic Mickey Mouse cups that we could use for refillable, free beverages. We had so much fun, all of the adults kept saying that this was our most fun day because it was the most relaxing. My husband and my mother-in-law went on a bunch of waterslides. My father-in-law is a heart patient and I am seven months pregnant, but we were able to do the lazy river and my son loved it! It takes about 40 minutes to get around and then when we were done, I asked my son if he wanted to go again and he said "yes!" So we did two laps. There's also an adorable Kiddie pool section. They have a splash pad, two waterslides for kids, and an entire area for them to frolic about. We spent almost an hour there with my son. We were definitely blessed by the weather Gods when we went there. Beautiful weather. While at our cabana, we ordered the fruit and cheese plate, which was very large portion. I think it's supposed to feed up to six people. We ended up bringing some home with us. We also ordered the nachos. It was kind of weird the way, they brought it over. It wasn't put together. They just brought over two containers of chips and then all of the sides for us to put on ourselves. That was kind of a bummer because it wasn't put together properly and my father in law had the hot dog and fries. We really had a great time there. We went on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy, we never had to wait for anything. Overall, it's pretty spacious, very clean, & affordable. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

While visiting the Animal Kingdom with my family, upon arrival we saw there was a Rainforest Cafè. We immediately canceled our current dinner reservation and switched to Rainforest Café. My mother-in-law and I had talked about going here for a while because we knew my son would love it. It was easy and convenient to make a reservation online, through the Disney app. Also, the location is great because it's the perfect place to stop before you leave. We got to Animal Kingdom early and had been walking around all day and didn't really have a proper lunch so by the time we got to dinner we were definitely hungry. They have you walk through a gift shop to get to the restaurant, so of course my son wanted a toy. We didn't have to wait for our table. The hostess originally was going to seat us right by the bathroom and my mother-in-law politely asked to be seated elsewhere. Nobody wants to hear a toilet flush while they eat. The hostess politely obliged and sent us to the back of the restaurant with a beautiful view of all of the animals. We had a great table. We had the coolest server. She was so cute and sweet. She actually gave me a 15% off coupon to the gift shop when I told her we were going back there for my son. My in-laws decided to share the burger with fries. My father-in-law has an onion allergy so he asked for no onions. The burger ended up coming out with onions, so he had to wait for another one to be made. It kind of stalled us a while because by the time we were done eating they had even started. A manager came over to ask what was going on and said he would check on it for us. Not too much longer after that the Burger came out. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, my son had the chicken quesadilla which was really good. I had a few bites. They have a great kids menu, lots of options as you would imagine. My husband ordered the burger as well. Oddly, I got Cajun fries, even though I didn't order them, and everybody else got regular fries, they were pretty good, but overly salty. If you don't mind a little spice, they are yummy. I was able to add avocado as a healthy option to my sandwich. The prices are very reasonable considering you're in Disney at a theme park. Much more reasonable than our original reservation, I would imagine. The food was just OK, but you're definitely paying for the experience. I can now check this off my list cause I've always wanted to go to a Rainforest Café.
